1. Agreement

By accessing or using RemoveNoise at removenoise.site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

RemoveNoise provides online AI tools to remove background noise from audio and video, isolate speech, export cleaned audio, and (where available) remux cleaned audio into video. Features, limits, and quality may change as models and infrastructure evolve.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use & content rights

• Only upload media you own or have explicit permission to process.
• Do not upload illegal, private, or unauthorized recordings; do not use RemoveNoise to strip DRM, remove watermarks, bypass copyright, or harass others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or abuse free-tier limits.
• You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process files solely to provide the requested noise-removal job.

5. Free tier, credits & payments

Free usage is limited (e.g. daily jobs and duration caps). Paid credits or subscriptions unlock higher limits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout. Prices and plan features may change with notice on the pricing page.

6. Results & no guarantees

AI noise removal quality depends on the source recording. We do not guarantee perfect isolation, complete noise removal, or fitness for a particular professional standard. Always keep a copy of your original file.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may interrupt processing.

8. Intellectual property

The RemoveNoise name, site design, software, and branding are owned by the operator of removenoise.site. You may not copy or resell the service without permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoveNoise and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or zero if you used only the free tier).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemoveNoise from claims arising from your uploads, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or Terms violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
